About the role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Director (France) for a role based in Paris-La Défense.
Reporting to the France Head, you will play a key role in the continued growth of the French sales organisation, expanding the company’s portfolio of consulting, technology and outsourcing services across major enterprise accounts.
You will be the end-to-end account owner, responsible for account growth, P&L performance, senior client relationships and the development of long-term strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth by identifying, leading and closing new, renewal and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Own the overall account strategy, including growth plans, pursuit costs, revenue objectives and profitability targets.
- Act as the senior relationship lead with client decision-makers, influencers and C-level stakeholders.
- Lead accountability for measurable revenue and profit growth within defined timelines.
- Manage the overall account P&L, including reporting, performance metrics and business reviews.
- Collaborate with delivery, operations, finance, service lines, innovation teams and business units to build and execute account plans.
- Ensure strong customer satisfaction across all revenue portfolios and support high-quality execution.
- Identify and activate strategic partnerships and alliance opportunities to grow the account portfolio.
- Shape the thought leadership agenda and actively drive the innovation roadmap for assigned accounts.
- Increase the company’s visibility and positioning within key accounts, market units and verticals.
Expected skills and experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a client-facing or account leadership role within an IT professional services or consulting firm.
- Proven experience leading large strategic accounts and driving growth across sales, new business, programs and recurring revenue portfolios.
- Ability to manage a client P&L of $50M+, including performance reporting and metric assessment.
- Strong track record of building trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior client stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of business challenges, technology domains and services solutions.
- Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating in a multi-cultural, matrix and global delivery environment.
- Strong consulting skills, with the ability to conceptualise, analyse and present business transformation solutions.
- Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to navigate large organisations and influence stakeholders through credibility, content and confidence.
- Proven C-suite network within the relevant market unit or vertical in France.
