SAP EWM Manufacturing Technology Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Manufacturing Technology Lead to join a global organization based in Geneva, Switzerland.

In this leadership role, you will manage the technology team responsible for delivering, supporting and continuously improving Logistics Manufacturing solutions across multiple production sites. Combining technical expertise, solution architecture, people leadership and Agile delivery, you will help drive the evolution of a modern SAP landscape.

Working closely with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders, you will lead solutions built around SAP EWM on S/4HANA, integrated with SAP PP and supported by modern technologies including APIs and Event-Driven Architecture.

This role is ideal for a technically hands-on leader with strong experience in SAP EWM Manufacturing, industrial environments and complex system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team responsible for the design, deployment, support and continuous improvement of SAP EWM Manufacturing solutions.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap in collaboration with Product Owners and Enterprise Architects.
• Act as the technical authority for solution design, architecture decisions and complex integration topics.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects, rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead integration topics involving SAP EWM, SAP PP, APIs, EDI and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Manage technical escalations and promote engineering best practices across the team.
• Support Agile delivery, resource planning, capacity management and budget follow-up.
• Improve operational processes, documentation and knowledge sharing while contributing to the growth of the internal product organization.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, Product Owners and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience delivering SAP solutions within Manufacturing or Industrial environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP EWM Manufacturing.
• Solid experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP PP; exposure to SAP QM is a plus.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, enterprise integration, APIs and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing logistics processes, production integration and warehouse execution.
• Experience leading technical teams in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to combine technical expertise with delivery leadership.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English.
