About the Role
We are looking for a SAP EWM & Logistics Technology Lead to join an international group based in Geneva, Switzerland.
As part of a major technology transformation, you will lead a team of 15 to 20 internal and external specialists responsible for internal warehousing and logistics solutions.
This position combines strong people leadership, recognized expertise in SAP EWM and logistics processes, and a key role in driving technology transformation across the organization.
You will support the evolution of a historically SAP-centric environment toward more modern approaches involving agile ways of working, integration technologies, APIs, data-driven solutions, and emerging technologies.
You will work closely with business teams, product organizations, architects, and external partners to ensure the performance, reliability, and continuous evolution of warehousing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of 15 to 20 internal and external specialists.
- Support team growth through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Own and drive internal warehousing solutions based on SAP EWM and related logistics processes.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technology roadmaps.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of integration architectures between SAP and surrounding systems.
- Support the implementation of APIs, interfaces, and modern integration solutions.
- Identify technical, organizational, and knowledge-related risks and define mitigation plans.
- Provide transparency and clear communication to management and stakeholders.
- Support the transition from a project-driven organization toward Agile and product-oriented ways of working.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and external partners.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and team practices.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives involving data, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience within SAP Supply Chain, logistics, or warehouse management environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP EWM and warehouse management processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP customizing and a solid understanding of SAP developments.
- Proven experience managing teams within complex or international environments.
- Good understanding of integration technologies, APIs, microservices, and system interfaces.
- Experience working in Agile and product-oriented organizations.
- Ability to combine technological expertise, leadership, and organizational transformation.
- Interest in data, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- French is considered an advantage.
