QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Mandated by one of our clients, an international company, we are seeking for an QA Automation Enginer

 
RESPONSABILITIES:

• Report defects and assist in their understanding. Prepare and present test reports.
• Maintain existing and build new automated test scripts covering UI, API, technical checks and web capability.
• Maintain continuous integration and work on continuous testing mindset
• Ensure test coverage and cross team coverage.
• Delivery of the testing reporting framework including real- time status on the overall test effort and providing updates highlighting risks and issues.
• Review business/software requirements and provide inputs.
• Be available for participating in project tracking meetings and team ceremonies.
• Work with the Project/Product Managers to ensure there is enough testing capabilities to cover each project’s needs, owning the schedule and identifying extra testing effort.

 
PROFILE:

• More than 3 years experience in testing activities and test automation scripting.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to details.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.).
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Good familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB).
• Certificate in software testing (ISTQB Foundation, ISTQB Test Manager, Certified Agile Tester).
• Programming /automation skills on JavaScript (preferred) languages.
• Be familiar with Data AI & Technologies aspects (Synapse, DataFactory, Notebook, Spark, Power BI)
• Experience with back-end/api testing and automation, with gherkin/cucumber
• Be familiar with DevOps mindset, with Azure Stack.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Coordination and leadership skills.
