CLOUD CHIEF OF STAFF

Mandated by one of our clients, an international company in Geneva, we are seeking for an Cloud Transversal Delivery Lead

 
RESPONSABILITIES:

• Preparing any type of communication for the Head of Cloud inside and outside the Cloud BU
• Driving the Governance Meetings within the Cloud BU, incl. agenda preparation, facilitation, taking minutes and actions, follow-up
• Prepare/ review/ challenge inputs/ for presentations to senior stakeholders including the Global IT EXCOM, CIO Forum, GTO LTM, Risk-Boards, Security-Boards
• Assist the Head of Cloud to deliver against the breadth of the role and hit key deadlines including engaging multiple senior stakeholders
• Act as single point of contact for non-product related demands entering the Cloud BU
• Planning, preparing and following-up on key calendar events and recurring meetings led by the manager (e.g. plenary sessions, team meetings, etc.)
• Filtering and helping in prioritizing issues and requests, dealing with them where appropriate and/or redirecting them to team members as required
• Representing the Cloud Business Unit in some committees when needed and ensure follow-up
• Managing a consolidated view of the budget of the departments and liaise with the accounting department
• Managing and monitor an extensive list of actions of the scope inlc. Audit remediation, Budget, Governance, Simplification, Cultural change

 
PROFILE:

• At least 6 to 8 years work experience in a multicultural context, ideally in an international company
• Skills in project management with a focus on action and delivery;
• Strong interest in IT, Cloud and transformation
• Good business and IT acumen: understanding of the strategic issues facing the Group, with a demonstrated ability to
  rapidly understand, assimilate, analyses and act on complex business-, IT,- Cloud  issues
• Analytical and synthesizing skills, e.g. ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations
• Good practice of MS Office suite, in particular MS PowerPoint and Excel.
